Outsourcing fulfilment in Breda: a step-by-step guide for online stores

Direct answer: outsourcing follows five steps — qualification, onboarding, inbound inventory, pick/pack/shipping and evaluation. Most importantly: confirm product fit before moving your inventory to the fulfilment centre in Breda.

1

Qualification

Share volume, product category, sales channels and target markets via the fulfilment scan. Vareya is generally best suited to brands shipping 500 or more orders per month. Product fit is confirmed during qualification.

2

Onboarding

Connect your sales channel and arrange inventory intake with Vareya. Vareya uses ShipHero as its warehouse management system, fully integrated with Shopify. Shopify integration is available. Amazon FBM fulfilment is available.

3

Inbound inventory

Send inventory to the fulfilment centre at Bagven Park 6, 4838 EH Breda, The Netherlands. Agree on delivery times, SKU labels and packaging instructions.

4

Pick, pack and shipping

Orders are picked, packed and handed over to the relevant carrier. PostNL is the main carrier within the Netherlands; DHL, Asendia, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, DPD and DHL Express serve other routes. Returns handling is available. Contact Vareya to discuss the required returns process.

5

Evaluation

Review exceptions, inventory discrepancies and returns against the agreed process. Improvements are implemented deliberately and traceably.
