How much does fulfilment cost in Brabant?
Direct answer: there is no fixed amount per order for fulfilment in Brabant. Costs depend on six factors — order volume, parcel profile, destinations, storage, integrations and service levels. A reliable quote is based on your data, not a standard price.

Order volume
Monthly order volume determines the scale of the operation. Vareya is generally best suited to brands shipping 500 or more orders per month.

Parcel profile
Dimensions and weight determine handling and shipping costs. Profile A (Boxable Brievenbuspakket): complete packed dimensions up to 38 × 26.5 × 3.2 cm and packed weight up to 2 kg. Profile B (Non-Boxable parcel): outside Profile A, with L + W + H up to 900 mm, a longest side up to 600 mm and packed weight up to 2 kg. These are Vareya classification profiles, not universal carrier or shipping guarantees. Carrier, service, destination, handling, capacity, operational suitability and commercial viability require separate checks.

Destinations
The distribution of orders across countries determines carrier choices and shipping costs. Vareya ships within the Netherlands with PostNL as its main carrier; DHL, Asendia, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, DPD and DHL Express handle other routes.

Storage
The number of pallets, the SKU count and the replenishment frequency determine the warehouse space needed in Breda.

Integrations
The online store integration determines how orders, inventory and returns flow. Vareya uses ShipHero, fully integrated with Shopify.

Service levels
Agreements on cut-off times, weekend processing, SLAs and returns affect rates. Weekend fulfilment (Saturday and Sunday processing) is available on a structural basis at Vareya.
